You understand complex customer requirements, clearly articulate value propositions, and build lasting relationships that truly matter.

Consulting, not just product sales

  • Analysis of customer requirements and business processes
  • Development of customized solutions for facilities in the Senior Living, care, and healthcare sectors
  • Presentation of business cases, added value, and ROI potential - Management of complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders

Value-added Solution Sales

  • Analysis of customer requirements and business processes

Building sustainable customer relationships

  • Acquisition and support of B2B and selected B2C customers  
  • Building long-term partnerships with decision-makers and multipliers
  • Conducting product presentations, workshops, and consultations
  • Expanding existing customer relationships and identifying further potential

Close collaboration within the company

  • Collaboration with Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success
  • Active market and competitor monitoring
  • Incorporating customer feedback to further develop our solutions

Erforderlich
  • Several years of experience in solution selling and consultative selling
  • Proven track record in selling complex products, solutions, or systems
  • Strong ability to analyze customer needs and derive concrete added value
  • High self-motivation, goal orientation, and strong closing skills
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and confident demeanor at the decision-maker level
Wünschenswert
  • Experience in selling software, hardware, or SaaS solutions
  • Experience in healthcare, care environments, senior living, or related industries
  • Understanding of investment and procurement processes on the customer side
  • Experience from a purchasing, procurement, or user perspective, enabling you to particularly well understand your customers' requirements and decision-making processes
Benefits
Attractive compensation model

We are looking for individuals who actively shape growth. Our compensation model follows the same logic: you benefit directly and without limits from the success you generate.

  • Base salary between €50,000 and €60,000 gross per year
  • Performance-based commission model
  • On-Target-Earnings (OTE): up to €100,000 per year & more! (varies based on success)
  • Uncapped Commission - Your Success Determines Your Income
