Marketing Manager

What you'll be doing

You are responsible for Divital's entire marketing strategy, ensuring that our innovative solutions reach the right target audiences. You will manage the entire marketing funnel — from brand positioning and lead generation to actively supporting sales in customer acquisition.
This position combines digital marketing, performance marketing, content marketing, event marketing, and traditional marketing into a versatile full-cycle marketing role with significant responsibility.

Aufgaben

Full-Cycle Marketing Management

  • Planning, implementation, and continuous optimization of Divital's entire marketing activities
  • Development of integrated marketing strategies for digital and traditional channels
  • Responsibility for the positioning and further development of the Divital brand
  • Management of all marketing activities along the customer journey

Digital Lead Generation & Growth Marketing

  • Development and implementation of lead generation strategies across all relevant digital channels
  • Planning, management, and optimization of new customer acquisition campaigns
  • Generation of qualified leads for sales and business development
  • Establishment of scalable marketing processes to support company growth

Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Development and implementation of social media strategies on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant channels
  • Creation and management of target group-relevant content
  • Community Management and continuous performance optimization

Campaign Management

  • Planning, implementation, and analysis of marketing campaigns
  • Managing cross-channel campaigns with a focus on reach, lead generation, and conversion
  • Conducting A/B tests and data-driven optimization
  • Analysis of relevant KPIs and creation of performance reports

  • Campaign Management
    - Conception, implementation, and analysis of marketing campaigns
    - Management of cross-channel campaigns with a focus on reach, lead generation, and conversion
    - Execution of A/B tests and data-driven optimization
    - Analysis of relevant KPIs and creation of performance reports
Erforderlich
  • Several years of experience in marketing with responsibility for multiple marketing disciplines
  • Demonstrable experience in digital lead generation and campaign management
  • Experience in managing social media channels and digital marketing initiatives
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and conversion optimization
  • Business-fluent English skills at C1 level, both written and spoken
Wünschenswert
  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience in HealthTech, Digital Health, SaaS, or technology companies
  • Experience with CRM, analytics, and campaign management tools
  • Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking
Benefits
Attractive compensation model
  • Fixed salary between €45,000 and €60,000 gross per year
  • Performance-based bonus and commission model
  • Additional variable compensation of up to €35,000
  • On-Target-Earnings (OTE) of up to €80,000 per year
