As Head of Sales, you are the architect of our Go-to-Market system — not just a salesperson, but a builder. You build Divital's commercial engine from the ground up: processes, playbooks, channels, team. A builder mindset is not a preference — it's a prerequisite.

Direct collaboration with the Founder and CEO

You will work closely with the Founder and CEO daily — with streamlined decision-making and direct impact on strategy and product roadmap. This is not a middle management role, but a seat at the table from day one.

Aufgaben

Build and scale the G2M system

  • Design and implement a data-driven G2M system with clear playbooks, ICP definitions, and AI-powered sales processes
  • Establish reporting infrastructure, CRM hygiene, and forecasting mechanisms — you set standards that enable the future team to scale
  • Develop and implement AI-based sales enablement tools: lead qualification, outreach automation, deal intelligence
  • Actively shape the sales strategy directly with the CEO

Direct Sales and Business Development

  • Independently identify, approach, and acquire new customers in senior living, care, healthcare, and the housing industry
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract closing
  • Conduct needs analyses and develop customized solutions based on patented AI technology
  • Present to experts and decision-makers — you represent a technologically protected innovation
  • Building long-term customer relationships and strategic key accounts
  • Developing compelling business cases and ROI justifications

Building strategic partnerships

  • Identification, acquisition, and development of strategic sales partners
  • Building a high-performing partner network to scale sales activities
  • Developing and implementing attractive partner and compensation models
  • Partner Enablement: Training and certification programs, coaching in Consultative and Solution Selling

Performance and revenue responsibility

  • Full responsibility for revenue, growth, and target achievement through direct and partner sales
  • Managing forecasts, sales metrics, and conversion rates
  • Deriving strategic measures for continuous optimization of sales performance

Team building and leadership perspective

  • Prospective building and leadership of your own sales team
  • Close collaboration with Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success

Erforderlich
  • Builder mindset: you have already built sales structures, processes, or G2M systems — not just managed them
  • Several years of experience in selling complex products, solutions, or systems — ideally software, SaaS, or hardware
  • Proven success in direct sales, partner sales, or business development
  • In-depth experience in consultative selling and solution selling
  • Affinity for AI technologies and the ability to clearly communicate technological benefits
  • Strong closing skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a sense of ownership
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Wünschenswert
  • Industry knowledge in Senior Living, Care, Digital Health, MedTech, or Smart Living
  • Experience in building and developing channel partner ecosystems
  • Understanding of complex procurement, investment, and decision-making processes
  • Experience with AI-based sales tools: CRM automation, outreach intelligence, pipeline analytics
Benefits
Attractive compensation package

Entrepreneurial compensation model
We are looking for individuals who actively shape growth. Our compensation model follows the same logic: you benefit directly and uncapped from the success you generate.

  • Base salary: 70,000 — 85,000 EUR gross / year
  • On-Target-Earnings (OTE): up to 150,000 EUR / year
  • Uncapped commission: above-average performance is rewarded disproportionately — without an artificial cap
  • Direct participation in sales success through an entrepreneurially designed incentive model

This is not a traditional sales salary. It is an entrepreneurial partnership model.
